وكيل وزارة المالية للعلاقات الدولية يرأس وفد المملكة المشارك في اجتماع مجلس وزراء المالية العرب السابع عشر

ترأس وكيل وزارة المالية للعلاقات الدولية الأستاذ خالد باوزير، وفد المملكةالمشارك في اجتماع مجلس وزراء المالية العرب السابع عشر، والطاولة المستديرة رفيعة المستوى إضافة إلى حضور احتفال اليوبيل الذهبي لصندوق النقد العربي، في أبو ظبي بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، والذي يهدف إلى تبادل تجارب الدول العربية في عدة مجالات، ومناقشة أوراق عمل ودراسات وعروض تقدمها المؤسسات الدولية منها البنك الدولي ومنظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية حول أهم التطورات الاقتصادية في الدول العربية.
وخلال مشاركته، أوضح أن جهود المملكة في مجالات التنمية المتعددة أثمرت عن تحقيق نتائج ملموسة عززت من النمو الاقتصادي.
وفي مجال تمويل البنية التحتية، بيّن وكيل الوزارة للعلاقات الدولية، أن نجاح استدامة مشاريع البنية التحتية يبدأ بإعداد مشروع يقوم على دراسة جدوى اقتصادية ومالية متكاملة، وإطار تعاقدي واضح، وحوكمة للمشتريات والإفصاح، ومؤشرات أداء قابلة للقياس، مما يؤكد الدور المهم للبنك الدولي بصفته “بنك المعرفة” في دعم القدرات، وبناء مشاريع بنية تحتية قابلة للتمويل، وتبادل خبرات الدول ذات الظروف المتشابهة.

Saudi Deputy Minister of Finance for International Relations Mr. Khalid Bawazier, headed the Kingdom’s delegation participating in the 17th meeting of the Council of Arab Ministers of Finance and The High-level Roundtable; In addition to attending the Golden Jubilee Celebration of the AMF held in Abu Dhabi.
Participants exchanged information on the experiences of Arab countries in several fields, and discussed working papers, studies, and presentations submitted by international institutions, including the World Bank, and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) on the most important economic developments in Arab countries.
During his participation, Mr. Bawazier highlighted that the Kingdom’s efforts across a range of development areas have delivered tangible results that support economic growth.
He also noted that the success of sustainable infrastructure projects begins with preparing a project based on an integrated economic and financial feasibility study, a clear contractual framework, procurement and disclosure governance, and measurable performance indicators. He said this underscores the World Bank’s important role as a “knowledge bank” in building capacity, developing bankable infrastructure projects, and sharing experiences among countries in similar circumstances.
